Begin the new year by attending the Central North Alabama Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc virtual Go Red for Women Lunch ‘n’ Learn.

There will be prizes, heart healthy eating tips, exercises and general heart healthy information.
