  • Erica “Fox” Washington hails from Davis, California. She is currently the Program Director for WJAB 90.9 and the Host of “In the Spirit” “Latin Jazz House” and “Community News from the Hill.” Ms. Washington began her radio career in 1981 while in high school. She is a proud 1988 graduate of Alabama A & M University with a degree Telecommunications and Visual Arts. She is a member of First Missionary Baptist Church; a charter member of the Huntsville Chapter of The Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC); Huntsville/Madison County Chapter of the NAACP; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter; Tau Beta Sigma Honorary Band Sorority and Alabama A & M University Marching Maroon & White Alumni Band.
